I have a home I am offering shared housing in. This listing is for a private bedroom that is unfurnished. The home is cozy and needs a little tlc, that I will provide. Any and all repairs will be done by the landlord. There a few things that need to be done but the residence is livable. The home has been unoccupied and I figured I would help out the community better by renting out space vs one tenant. Maybe I can bless someone in need. 4 will reside roommates in the home.

Access to Kitchen, Living room, Dining room, Stove and Refrigerator. W/D connection in the basement.(We can work out a time to allow access allow basement tenant privacy once we someone resides in the basement loft.) No central air. There is a Air conditioner left by previous tenant. I do not supply any air conditioners. No access to the garage. Off street parking is available in the front*

All Tenants share cost electric (AES Ohio) and gas (Centerpoint Energy) and water, sewer and trash (Dayton City). All utilities must stay active during tenancy or that would be an subject to termination of the lease. The utilities would be paid in addition to the rent, $130 each month in addition to the rent. The utilities would be on upon move as there would be no set up required by any tenants.

The home is unfurnished, you can make it your own. I do have a bed in one room if anyone is in need of a bed.

Month to Month lease. So we can ensure we are a good fit for one another. Longer stays are welcome.

1. Must Make 2 times the monthly rent

3. No felonies
4. No drugs
5. No pets
6. No criminal activity of any kind
7. To live together we must all be kind and courteous at all times for perfect harmony. That does not mean you have to mingle with other roomies, only everyone must respect each other and your private space at all times. The rent would be $500 plus utilities of $130 for a total of $630 per month. There is a security deposit of $630 this includes utility cost for one month. Move in cost $1260. I do have a key requirement that would come out of the deposit if keys are not returned at the time of move out, $200 will be deducted from the security deposit. If the utilities are not paid up to date prior to move out $130 will also be deducted from the security deposit. If everything is current and no damages incur then you will receive a full refund of $630 for the security deposit.

I am the owner of this home. I am a professional person, very kindhearted to people, friendly, respectful, generous, helpful, and understandable. I am here to help anyone. I have been helping family and friends in the unit and want try a different approach to give not only to people I am kin to or close to but to help others in the community. I am a different type of landlord, I am for the people, if you run into a hardship please communicate with me. Communication is key. I will help however I can, I will not be taken advantage of.
