Seeking a single, fully employed person who is responsible, independent, and can get along with others to rent a 12’ X 13’ master bedroom with large, 10’ x 2’ closet in a 3 bedroom house. There is a total of 180 - 225 sq feet. The sliding glass door provides access to the back yard & jacuzzi. Although there is good sunlight, it is also cool and breezy. You will have kitchen access and also a personal 4.2 cubic fridg with freezer & microwave in your room. Washer, dryer, and street parking are readily available. The front yard consists of a vegetable garden and the backyard has a jacuzzi, horseshoe pit, and soon putting greens!

We are close to HWY 76, I-5, and the bike path to the beach (only 5 miles).

Please expect an extensive application with references and a full background check as this is a family home.

1st & last month rent (2400)+ deposit of $500. Splitting this can be negotiated.
