Ava's room

The room for rent has its own full bathroom attached, a nice sized closet, a fan with a dimming light, and a window. There’s also a linen closet across from the room, I have a few things in it but there’s plenty of space for more towels or whatever. The apartment has vaulted ceilings and big windows that let in lots of natural light. There’s a washer and dryer in a small room off the kitchen that are pretty good sized. There’s a small balcony and an outdoor closet that can store a lot. There’s a gym, and 3 pools. Super close to different grocery stores and restaurants. Right by the Paige field airport.

I’m a very quiet and considerate person. I’m a graduate student and I work and often travel out of town to visit my family so there’s times where I’m not home for long periods of time. I have celiac disease, which means I can’t have gluten. So that just means we won’t be able to share a toaster and cross contamination will need to be kept in mind when cooking, but that shouldn’t ever be an issue! I love baking and cooking but I never leave a mess after. 4/20 friendly
