Evette's room

Gated house with private room for rent. Parking permit required to park on street and fee would need to be paid to City of Santa Ana to obtain or driveway would need to be shared with other tenant (there is another tenant in the back house). Private half bathroom (private shower/toilet) but will need to share main bathroom for sink/cabinet space as the half bathroom does not have sink area. House was recently remodeled in great condition both inside and outside. Extra cabinet space in hallway to be provided. Kitchen to also be shared but must clean up after self. Please note laundry is not included.

Would be sharing front house with a working mother and young daughter. No smoking on property. No visitors.
