I live in a 3 bed 2.5 bath house by myself. I’m not a big fan of having a roommate, but given how prices for everything are out of control, I’m looking for a roommate to offset some costs. I have 2 bedrooms available, one is fully furnished, and the other is empty. However, I am only looking for one roommate at this time. I enjoy have plenty of space around the house and don’t want to compromise that by having too many roommates. The property is located in a gated community close (5-10 min) from Tempe marketplace.

About me: I’m a 33 male professional who works primarily from home. I work quite a bit which keeps me engaged along with other priorities. I do socialize mainly on weekends and I will periodically have friends over for dinner or so. I keep my surroundings clean and clutter free. I drink socially and don’t smoke.

What I’m looking for:

• Working professional with a steady source of income, trustworthy, and easy to get along.
• The room will be single occupancy. I am not looking for couples or families.
• I will not permit guests
• Someone who is not a slob, can clean up after themselves and respect the house
• No serious criminal history
