Hailey's room

4 bed 3 bath home located in the highly desirable Orange Terrace area of Riverside. Conveniently located near the 91/215/60 freeways as well as UCR and RCC. Rent includes all utilities, internet, access to the pool and jacuzzi, kitchen and laundry room. There is also a second fridge/freezer in the garage if you need more space for your food. No drama, smoking, or overnight guests as I do have a child living with me.

The first room is located downstairs next to the shared bathroom and is smaller than the upstairs room. This bedroom has a larger closet and a ceiling fan.

The upstairs room is priced slightly higher because it is nearly twice the size as the downstairs bedroom. This room has built in shelving for extra storage but a smaller closet. The room is connected to an open loft that has a desk and table that can be used by either renter. The loft is used by my son and I to do crafts on occasions and has some of his toys stored in it.

I work from home so I am there most of the time. My son also lives with me and we will be staying in the two other bedrooms and using the primary bathroom.

We like to celebrate the holidays and typically have family over. The right guest would be someone who is comfortable with this, they are always welcome to join us as well.

I am looking for a student or professional female only.

Mother and son will be staying in the other two room and share the master bathroom. I work from home so I am there most of the time. Will be renting the upstairs bedroom out to another female who will share downstairs bathroom with you.
