We’re 3 hard working and cool guys looking for a fourth in our huge apartment in Glendale. We’re 420 friendly.

This is a shared room. The room is fully furnished. It has two twin beds, a dresser, storage, and a walk in closet. It also has its own full bathroom.

Rent is $712.50/mth with utilities running about $95/mth each. There is a $250 deposit. You would have your own designated parking space in the garage.

The apartment is fully furnished. You would share everything in it. The complex has 3 laundry rooms, a workout room, conference room, pool, barbecues and Jacuzzi. Ralphs Market, Starbucks and Baskin Robbins are walking distance.

We have a very friendly cat, a bearded dragon and a savanna monitor. They’re cool pets.

We’re all dedicated hard workers, making sure rent and utilities are covered each month. We’re into video games, board games and Coffee Bean. Age range is 21 to 45. We’re 420 friendly.
