Newly built home. House finished 06/15/23 Large bedrooms. Gated community with multiple parks, walking distance to the gym, grocery store, 7 minutes away from the freeway. Friendly neighbors. Spacious living spaces as well! There’s a loft and a den if you don’t want to hang out in the living room. Big laundry room with plenty of closets for linen or any storage $850 for the room that will be available in March. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. The house is fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. Offered to everyone to use. Tv downstairs and upstairs all have streaming services access.

Two non negotiables:

I have one female roommate. We are both in our late 20s. You will share a large bathroom with 2 sinks but with plenty of storage as there’s a linen closet in there. I’ve successfully found my room mates through this website with a great deal of trust and communication.
I work during the day as a registered nurse. We have one 70lb dog who is playful and friendly.

I’m looking to have a good relationship/friendship with my roommates. I am extremely understanding and a naturally caring person so I often will share any food or really anything. I don’t mind overnight guests as long as we’re given a heads up. Prolonged stays are not allowed.
