I have 1 room about 11/11.5ft with a private bathroom available as soon as November 1, 2022. The room is fully carpeted, has 2 windows, and a sliding door closet. Pets are allowed as long as 25 pounds or less and 1 year or older per apartment management rules. I am looking for a roommate who is clean, quiet, and not a partier.
