Amenities include a swimming pool, jacuzzi, basketball & tennis courts, gym, sauna, and beautiful clubhouse w/pool tables. This is all right at the Marina where you can watch the sunset and launch your paddleboard, sail, or go kayaking. The beach is right around the corner for a swim or surf along with a coastal bike path that takes you up to Manhattan Beach or down toward Malibu.

Seeking a respectful male or female roommate who cleans up after themselves. Someone who is not a night owl. Overnight guests are definitely welcome within reason. :) Professional or grad student preferred, yet open.

Sorry, no pets. The bedroom is for 1 person. Non-smokers/No heavy drinkers/drugs. The management will do a credit check for $45 & have you fill out an application. Good credit or average is fine.
