One room available in a ground level 2br within a 4plex. The room is unfurnished, with a full closet, ceiling lamp fan, & lots of windows & natural light w AC in the living room. One full bathroom and apartment to share fully furnished. I am the only occupant. A fully equipped kitchen, washer-dryer inside the unit, and BBQ grill is available to share. There is wood flooring throughout the unit. On the street parking/shared. Utilities included (gas, trash fee, water, electricity, internet). Rent is $1,150 per month. Move-in cost is 1st month rent ($1,150) plus $1,150 security deposit. Final asking price is $1.150. Room is available on July 1st 2022. $45 for credit and background check fee. MUST have good credit (625+) to be approved, so please REFRAIN TO CONTACT ME IF YOU DO NOT HAVE good credit, a legal I.D., and a legal identification to run a background check. NO EXCEPTIONS! I am family oriented, love cooking when I am off from work and school. I keep my business private. During this pandemic, I avoid to have many guests over and kindly appreciate the same consideration until things get back to normal. No overnight guests (open to discuss other options).
I value and appreciate the care of my inner and outer health and believe in honoring my body, my mental, and spiritual health with clean eating, healthy relationships, laughing, exercising, movies, reading, attending church, and enjoying the gift from God to be well and alive. I work and attend school and enjoy peaceful time at home, my sanctuary, as much as I can. I treasure home and enjoy having fun, going out, watching movies, spending time especially with close friends, enjoy music, a glass of wine once in a while, and love entertainment and social activities.
I have great relationship with neighbors and I mind my own business. I am respectful of how people handle their lives, gender orientation, and religion, I do not call attention in the ways I handle my life, but I do not practice, associate or support any type of addiction, substance abuse, alcoholic patterns, drugs, puffing, vaping, smoking (Culver City ordinance), etc. So, if you do, please refrain from proceeding since this will not be a good match. No pets are allowed. Direct blood family, happiness, praying, Latin music, Salsa/Merengue dancing is more than welcome. My first roommate moved in with a monthly basis agreement and he is been living with me for almost 3 years. He is moving out of town upon his retiring. We’ve had such a great relationship that I consider him my brother and his family an extension of my relatives. I am happy to provide an interview with him once you are approved by the Landlord prior to your signing the contract. Also, I have lived in this apartment for over 10 years and have nothing but great report about the neighborhood and the community.
