Eddystone Drive

This is an unusual house sharing opportunity. I use the front part of the house for my office. You would have the rest of the house (2 bedrooms, private bath, shared kitchen, utility room, large living room). The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Lovely trees. Utilities included except for lawn service which is about $20 each per month. Private entrance, 2 car garage.

I do not live on the property. I am there usually 4 days a week (Wed-Sat) for up to 5 hours a day. On rare occasions I am there on Mondays and Tuesdays as well (3-4 times a year). I have to have it quiet when I am there to work with my clients.
