Private bedroom for rent in 2 bedroom apartment. Shared bathroom, living room, kitchen and patio. I need a reliable roommate with steady income until my lease ends in April. Total monthly rent is $2080, you pay $965/month. We will split the following bills in half: utility bill which comes to about $115/month, internet $60/month, pge about $200/ month. Complex has 2 pools, patio, basketball court and small gym.

Im a 38 year old female, independent, respectful, likes my space but also enjoys hanging out and laughing, watching tv going on walks or cooking with a roommate. I have a cat and I work full-time M-F. I enjoy having the common spaces picked up and sharing chores. I would appreciate someone similar.
