Rent is $920 (includes utilities) a month plus $500 deposit to move in. Utilities are included (electric, gas + wifi). Apartment has an outdoor deck great for bbqs and relaxing. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Lots of storage space throughout the apt. Walking distance to M train which connects to L [Myrtle/Wyckoff]. Buses Q54, Q38 & Q67 across the street on Metropolitan Ave. Fresh Pond road 5 mins away walking full of restaurants and shops (there is a 24HR CVS in the corner). Couples $1,200 (all included) About me: Male/39 professional. Hardly ever at APT, I sleep every night at my girlfriends house. In the summer I am there more to BBQ on weekends. But other than that it would be like living by yourself 90% of the time.
