Description Enjoy this private bedroom with a lovely view located in an upscale condo complex in one of the best areas of Los Angeles. This room has a full-size bed, a roomy closet, a comfortable sitting and working area, a large fridge and a small dining table. Walk to everything from this charming condo in the heart of downtown Santa Monica.

Neighborhood You’ll be walking distance from just about everything including excellent restaurants, entertainment and shopping! The 3rd Street Promenade is 2 blocks north. The beach is 4 blocks west. Additional high-end shopping in several neighborhoods a short distance away.

World class museums and art galleries are also close by. For a fun family excursion, the Santa Monica Pier and Annenberg Beach House are about a 15 to 20 minute walk away.

Very easy access to essentials like grocery stores, banks, & pharmacies. There’s a big farmers market off the 3rd Street Promenade every Wednesday and Saturday offering organic produce, flowers, and dry goods that you can buy directly from the farmers that grow them.

Public Transportation Is right outside our door. Many buses as well as the Light Rail are running between Santa Monica and various Los Angeles areas offering reliable public transportation.

Parking Guests will be provided with a Free street parking permit, which is required in the city of Santa Monica from 6 pm till 8 am. With this permit the guest can park within 2-block radius from our building. A dedicated place in the garage may be available for $150 per month.

Amenities Guests will have a large size fridge, electric kettle, “keurig” coffee maker and microwave. Utensils are provided including forks, spoons, knife, bowls, plates and cup.

Security The guest will have a key from the building door and a key from their room. The condo unit has a digital lock and the guest will have instructions how to operate it.

My wife and I live in one of the three rooms. We are neat and quiet and will share the bathroom. We have a little doggy. The other master bedroom is used as an airbnb. The condo is managed to be quiet and follow rules of cleanliness.
