It is the middle room, makes it very quiet, gets natural light, fits a queen size bed and desk for WFH, comes with a closet in the bedroom. The apartment is on the first floor, so moving in will be a breeze.

Very conveniently located with BART, Muni, grocery stores, and Dolores Park all nearby. It’s on one of the “slow streets” in SF and is clean and quiet with street parking, permit recommended. There is also a coffee shop, tennis court, and basketball court less than a block from the apartment (:
