Room for rent

Single family home located in davie Florida just off of the turnpike and minutes from 595. Just down the road from hard rock casino, 10 minutes to fort lauderdale international airport & 10 minutes to the colleges. The room for rent will be $800 a month without utilities. Utilities will be split equally by the roommates. The master bedroom is lived in by my mother who is in her 50’s and her two dogs. (Must be pet friendly) & this is a 4/20 friendly home. I’m looking to find her two new roommates. You & other said roommate will share a bathroom space with a tub/shower. The living room is fitted with couches and a TV, there is a dining room table and kitchen with cooking utensils. There is a washer & dryer on site that is included with the rent. The pool in the backyard will also be an amenity to the rental. I require first, last, and security deposit of $500 to move in & proof of income. Must meet with my mother and make sure it’s a good match for both parties.
