About the room
I am looking for a female roommate to sign a new lease in South Lamar at The 704 Apartments August 1st 2022 for 1 year. It is a 2 bed 2 bath 1143 SF apartment with a nice big balcony above The Broken Spoke.
Because I am a current resident, our rent would actually be $500 below listing! Instead of $2749, we would be paying $1239.50 each month plus utilities. I do not want to move out since it is the best deal for below $1250 in Austin right now.

About the roomies
A little about me - I am 24, work from home, and have a very sweet and friendly dog. I usually take care of my boyfriend’s dog during the day too so dog lover is required lol. I have been at this apartment for a year so the living room is furnished and kitchen/basics are all taken care of. You would just furnish your own room and bathroom.
I like to play volleyball, do kickboxing, cook, and take the dogs to the park. Always up for a happy hour or good game night and I am pretty tidy in the shared spaces.
