I am a Superintendent for LEMA Construction and just moving back to Florida. I’m not a clean freak as the home is lived in, but I do like to be clean and organized. I’m pretty handy in the kitchen, and on the grill, as well as any maintenance/repair issues. Entertaining on having a roommate to share my beautiful home here in Land O’ Lakes. I’m in the process of quitting smoking…, as it’s my one vice outside of a rather healthy lifestyle. I do exercise, workout regularly, eat healthy and am pretty active outdoors when not at work.
