Looking to rent out a room in my house, with your own bathroom. It’s located right by riverside, the best place in jax to go out, and 2 min away from I-10 and I-95😂😂 -first and last months rent -Internet and Utilities are 150$

I’m in school for nursing and work as a pharmacy tech. I do have a dog, but she is sweet and nice to anyone how gives her attention. Im looking for someone that is reliable, clean, and keeps to themselves. The contract would be month to month and if living situation works out then make another contact to stay longer.
