West Lill Avenue

This apartment is a beautifully refurbished 2bed/2bath on the border of Lincoln Park and Lakeview! The second bathroom is not attached to the bedroom but would be your own (i.e. I would not use it, since I also have a bathroom)! The apartment’s shared spaces are fully furnished with 2 couches, coffee table, rug, flat screen TV, as well as dishes, pots/pans, etc. The TV has cable, as well as an AppleTV with Netflix, Hulu, HBO Now, AmazonVideo, etc. However the bedroom will not furnished!

A little about me, I am a 23 year old female professional who moved to Chicago about a year ago. I work at a data science consulting startup that works with political campaigns, nonprofits and commercial companies. I’m from the east coast and moved to Chicago after I graduated from Carnegie Mellon in Pittsburgh last summer. I really enjoy going out dancing and sometimes that keeps me out late on the weekends! Would love someone who likes to hang out, or is at least okay with me having people over. We always welcome new people to our group and we’d love to have you!

A note that the bedroom is small, about 10ftx10ft, however the closet is quite large and can fit a dresser inside, with clothes hanging on the sides (see photos). It does fit a double bed comfortably! And the rest of the apartment feels very spacious!

I have a cat named Hazel (see photos), and also occasionally foster kittens so must be okay with animals! I would consider bringing another cat in if the two get along! Hazel is super sweet and once she gets used to you she will definitely want to cuddle if you’re in the living room watching TV.
