Brooks Street

A quiet room in a two bedroom apartment is available for rent starting on July 1st. The apartment is located in the Baker Beach neighborhood in the Presidio, in the southwest part of the National Park. Perfect for anyone who enjoys spending time outdoors or going to the beach. There is a free shuttle that can take you around the park and to downtown plus the 29 Bus is just a 2 min walk away.

Room is 12x14 feet (~170 sq ft.) with a big closet in the room and closet space in the hallway. It is carpeted and is available furnished or unfurnished. A queen size bed, desk and dresser fits comfortably in the room, with room to spare. The room faces east so it gets lots of morning light throughout the year. The room is non-smoking but you are welcome to smoke outside on the balcony.

The apartment is a spacious layout with a large dining/living area and a large kitchen. The shared bathroom has a full size tub. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment. There is a balcony off of the living room that overlooks Baker beach and the Pacific Ocean. We have a dedicated parking space with a pass that is available with the room. We also have a small storage space next to the apartment that is lockable, perfect for a bike or any other outdoor gear.

Nathan works in retail as a visual manager, he loves to cook, play video and board games, and likes to explore the city. Alex is getting his degree and works from home, he loves hiking, going to the beach, and watching movies. We also have a 12 year old cat named Domina, who is very friendly with people but doesn’t like other animals.
