Cameron's room

Situated around the village green park, this is a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. With lots of access to food and shopping, it’s right next to the Capital Village shopping mall and easy access to 50 just one mile north. The room available is on the ground floor and has its own attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a small walk-in closet. The second story has a shared space with a kitchen, living room, and half bath. The third story contains the two other rooms for the residents.

There are two people living at this location. We are brothers in our thirties. One is a professional chef in Sacramento, and the other teaches theatre at a local community college. We are both friendly people. We enjoy a quiet house, and both tend towards night owls as our jobs run late into the evening some days.
