Located in safe neighborhood near the Tyrone shopping area in St Petersburg only minutes from the beach and a short drive to downtown. There are pleanty of options for dining and shopping within walking distance as well as bus lines if needed. This deal is inclusive of all utilities, ie; hi speed wifi, local and cable TV, trash pickup, water, sewer and electric. The space is also nicely furnished and has its own private entrance with electronic combo lock, a private bathroom w/shower and lushly landscaped yard with patio seating. For storage,adjacet to the private bathroom, there is a large walk in closet plus a shed in the yard for additional storage if needed. Kitchenette features a mini fridge, coffee maker microwave and grill on the outside patio. Pets considered on a case by case basis and may ask for additional deposit depending on the pet.. The space is not huge but very clean and comfortable for someone while they are looking for a more permanent situation . Will do week to week and flexible on the lease term .

Only me and my dog on property. The room is attached to a house with no entry either way inside and is typically a rarity to see each other on property as each has their own entrance. I have been working on the road and from home but in the process of re-opening my office that I closed during the Covid shutdowns.. Partial work trade possible. Great living environment and is considered a drama free zone
