Hello, we are seeking a single, professional and responsible tenant. We have a HUGE beautiful master bedroom (17 x 11.5) with a luxurious ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower to rent in our townhouse. There is a large walk in closet plus an additional regular size closet. The suite includes a new microwave and apartment size refrigerator. The suite has been freshly paint and updated. The rent includes most utilities. We are an older couple and lead a very quiet home. Currently the available master suite that is being rented is on the 2nd floor and there are two other bedrooms that are now being used for storage. So, there is no one else on the floor that the master bedroom is located on. Our home is located and is surrounded by trees that make for a park-like setting. As mentioned before, we have a very quiet, calm and peaceful setting and home. We treat our renter with respect and expect the same in return. No drugs, alcohol, smoking or pets.
