One bedroom available for one person in a 4 bedroom two bathroom apartment. It’s myself and my cat and two other roomates both male, all three of us in committed relationships.
The Place is located in Logan square.
Laundry is FREE and on site.
The room is $430 plus utilities split evenly 4 ways. There’s a $150 move in fee and a $300 refundable pet deposit. There is a full sized futon/frame in the photos for sense of scale, it is also available to you for your use should you need a bed.
