Upfront and transparent: this is an upstairs one bedroom/one bathroom unit. It’s relatively spacious however and well kept. I’m asking $100 a month + $15 for half of the water which is a flat rate of $30 The security deposit is $150 The electric is metered and can be split with each billing cycle. It usually ranges $60-$120 per month. While I’m fine with animals there are pet deposits in place and weight limits (genuinely something you’d have to talk to the office about). My bedroom is quite large with a walk in closet so there’s tons of space. The room itself can fit a bunk bed + twin size bed or 2 twin size beds.

I’m a student finishing up my studies this summer. I work part time in retail and venue promotion. In my free time I do freelance and publication concert photography so my weekends are usually booked. I’m typically very quiet and to myself so if you notice me I’m probably nerding out about something lol. And while I know this probably isn’t the most glamorous listing, I am looking for a 2 bedroom to rent with the next leasing cycle.
