The apartment is part of an incredible community with phenomenal amenities (gym, 2 rooftop decks, MANY BBQ grills, childrens room, etc). The room is available now. The apartment is sunny with full afternoon sun exposure and has a balcony. It’s 957 sqft and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with high ceilings. There’s a kitchen island included, the appliances (microwave, fridge, stove) are high quality (bosch) and stainless steel. The apartment also has in-unit laundry/dryer, and we have central AC/heating. I also have plenty of kitchen appliances you are welcome to use (of course). I have furnished most of the apartment with the exception of the vacant room, but I’m not married to any of the furniture and would be more than happy to change things up if you prefer!
