Two rooms available for rent, each with private bathroom. Freshly painted home with laminate flooring, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances & quartz countertops, new AC splits, usable outdoor space and parking. The new dual paned windows help with energy conservation. Washer/dryer is located on property as well. Each room has its own private bathroom and all utilities are included in the monthly rent. You will be sharing the home with two other roommates.

Owner pays for all utilities including water, electricity, internet, and is included in the monthly rent. There are two driveway parking spaces and plenty of off street parking for third roommate. No smoking in home. No pets allowed. FIrst months rent and security deposit is due at signing. Option for 3 month lease is available. All maintenance handled by owner, not tennant. Tenant responsible for maintaining cleanliness inside home.

There is one female renter in one of the rooms already. She works during the day.
