You must be very clean and respectful. No visitors or overnight guests permitted without prior approval.No couples. This is a bedroom/bath offer only, not a housemate in terms of living room or dining room. Limited kitchen usage would be fine in terms of reheating something or storing cold goods in fridge. Again, not a house share, just a bedroom and bath with limited kitchen access. No use of on site laundry, but there are several facilities within a few minute drive. Community amenities of pool and exercise room would be available.
