Townhouse in a very safe Neighborhood by the Irvine spectrum. We have a couple of pools and gyms you will have access to. Plenty of stores and restaurants all within walking distance. Question you may have:

1. If you have a room to offer: master bedroom
2. How big is the room? 14x14 Does the private bathroom have a tub? Yes
3. Are utilities included if not how much are they per person? Included
4. How much is rent? Total rent with utilities $1700
5. When are you looking for someone to move in? Available now
6. What’s your take on guests coming over and the occasional overnight guest? Guest are fine but would prefer only twice a week MAX.
7. How many people live in the house and what is the age range? Only me I am 33
8. What are you looking for in a roommate? Someone who is honest, pays on time, and I can trust.
9. Do you have any rules or regulations I should know about? I am pretty lay back if something bothers me I will let you know.
10. If something wasn’t working out or it bothered you, how would you handle the situation? I would have a Civilized conversation to let you know what is bothering me and hope we can come up with a easy solution.

I am 33 and have been living alone for the last year but with the recent rent hikes I figured it would be a good idea to have a roommate. I work full time as a banker about 50 hours a week so I am not home too often during the day.
