This 2,500 sq ft large home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a large family room, a living room, 2nd family room, a kitchen and dining room, partially furnished.

ONLY ONE MASTER BEDROOM IS AVAILABLE FOR RENT. This room may be shared by up to TWO people only. Friends, couples, siblings, welcome.

My husband will use one bedroom as office that he will access about 4 hours each weekday. He will also need to use the garage for parking when he is there during the day. Other than that, this large 2,500 sq ft home will be for the entire use just the renters.

Rent, furniture / amenities are as follows:

1. $1,200 - Room for Rent #1 - (AVAILABLE) Master Bedroom Suite: with bedroom set with dresser and brand new mattress; walk-in closet, large bathroom with shower and bath tub
2. $900 - (TAKEN/RENTED) Room for Rent #2 - Room downstairs: with access to bathroom downstairs - currently does not have a bed but we can arrange to have a bed if needed, with TV and TV stand

5. Dining room set
6. Refrigerator

8. Dacor dual fuel Gas stove
9. Washer and dryer

11. Air-conditioner (AC) whole house

15. Some smaller furniture like bookshelves, lamps, etc.

17. Dog pit; dog kennel and his/her own shaded space; dog door. We will allow your dog in the house provided your dog is trained to potty and pee in the pit and does not chew on walls/furniture.
18. House #1 also has sofa bed in the family room that we might bring to house #2 eventually.

The house is walking distance to the nearest elementary school and one mile from Vons, CVS, Target, Walgreens, Starbucks, salons, restaurants, etc. It’s a very nice and safe neighborhood. We have had the same neighbors for at least 25+ years. So everyone in our street are long-time friends and not just acquaintances.

Your rent INCLUDES – FREE – WIFI, water, drinking water from the kitchen reverse osmosis system (no need to buy bottled water), we pay the first $100 of the electric bill.

We prefer renters who:

1. pay rent on time
2. do not smoke in the house
3. do not take recreational drugs
4. will not have parties in our house
5. will take good care of our house
6. have good credit history
7. able to provide references
8. able to give 1 month advance and 1 month deposit
9. will stay a minimum of 12 months

THIS IS LIKE RENTING A HOUSE FOR THE PRICE OF A ROOM.

There is one female roommate, she is a professional, 40 yrs old with a 15-yr old cat who stays under her bed all the time. Her two young well behaved sons visit her on weekends or they go to their sports related activities.
