North Grady Avenue

Hello I am looking for someone to take over my room in a 2b/2b at Grady Square in Westshore area right by the airport and Raymond James Stadium. I recently got a new job and am looking to move out on my own and closer to that new job! I do have the master so I pay a $50 more a month. So my portion is $1350 with utilities usually. Grady is a luxury complex and has a pool/hot tub, fitness center, parking garage…..etc. the lease ends end of January 2024 with option to renew. The apartment is currently furnished by my things so I will be taking everything with me so my roommate would appreciate someone with furniture and kitchen things but it is not necessary.

You would be living with a 27 y/o named Olivia she does not have social media so I included pictures, she has a golden doodle. She is a writer, massage therapist and going to be starting college in the fall.
