GOOD VIBES IN NATIONAL CITY I’m going to put as much information here to make sure you think we’d be a good fit. Single room for rent in a 3 bed 1 bath house in a nice neighborhood in National City. Street parking, very walkable area near transit systems. About us: My soon-to-be 4 year old son, 31 yo boyfriend, and I (27) have 2 cats and are easy to get along with. I’m a full time working professional, Monday thru Friday 9-5 pm as a medical billing specialist, and my son is in school for those hours. We’re really down to earth and my son is very friendly, so liking kids and cats is an absolute must! On the weekends we like to have company over for get togethers or to watch the UFC. I like to train jiu jitsu and my boyfriend works out regularly. We love to cook and eat healthy, and we play video games here and there when we have time. We have a kitchen full of appliances we’re happy to share, we just ask that everyone cleans up after themselves. We’re looking for someone like minded that is easygoing and can communicate well, and is also a working professional. 420 friendly but no smoking inside. We have a back and front yard where it’s totally fine. The lease is month to month, but if we get along, we’d prefer someone long term! The room has just been painted and the carpets cleaned. It is unfurnished but has a window AC unit. The room is 115sqft, so it’s not a large room, and is for a single person. No couples or kids please 😊 There’s plenty of street parking. The rent is $1,100 with utilities included(we pretty much buy all the toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) and a $500 deposit. We really would love a down to earth, clean, working professional.
