Looking for two professionally employed roommates who have busy schedules, are clean and considerate but like to have the occasional dinner party and hang out to watch a movie. No couples. House has brand new gas stove, dishwasher, central heating and a deluxe washer and dryer. Fully furnished communal living room and dining room. Very quiet neighborhood with plenty of non permit street parking. There are 2 rooms available.

$1500 upstairs bedroom, 11 x 13 located in back of house, closet, double pane windows. $1500 downstairs bedroom 13 x 13, back of house, efficiency kitchen and private bathroom. both rooms currently have beds and dressers. your choice if you would like to use or not.

Utilities are seperate and are split evenly together.

Me (Jeremy 35) am a professional audio technician who travels from time to time, love to BBQ, SF bay and Chicago sports fan. if i’m not working i’ll most likely found cooking up a gigantic meal like pulled pork.
