Huge Private master suite with two closets, one walk-in closet. Fully furnished with king sized bed. Tv in room with Apple TV.
Rent does not include internet and cable. That can be split for $72 each. Would like to rent for 10/12 months. I am currently leasing with my husband but he will not be here for the time I have a renter.
About the roomies
I am a 40 year old woman. I have two hypo allergenic dogs both super friendly. The whole place is furnished and I keep it very clean and tidy. Laundry is in the unit. I have a gym set up in the basement which is free to use as well. Street parking only but there is always plenty of parking.
