Property is very beautiful and located right down the street from the millenia mall and a couple miles from universal. There is a large pool, fitness center, as well as a community center. You will have your own private room with lock and a shared bathroom. The entire place is fully furnished with a bed and tv in each room. There are two rooms available for rent. The kitchen already has silverware and and cooking pots/pans/plates anything you may need. Its move in ready. There is parking on premise and a balcony. Myself, I currently work downtown but may be working from home in the future. I do have a bartending license so hope to be getting a second job soon. I’m very clean and organized and expect the same from my roommates. I’m pretty quiet but like to go out and have friends over every once in a while. Please just be clean and respectful at night as not too be too loud.
