There will be a inside friendly Large Dog that will be home all day that doesn’t pay Rent, but maybe you and him will become good friends and maybe take him out for a walk or 2.
About the roomies
Work in Hospital and pretty laid back. Not into hosting parties or having lots of people over. 2nd roommate is in and out of town occasionally.
