Laundry facilities on site, close to unit in front of the building. Club house with pool, hot tub, and grill to barbeque for the summer.

I am advertising the room as the owner of the property. I do not live in the condo. However, the second bedroom is already being rented out and occupied by a Chico University college student. They have been living in the condo for a little over 2 years now. We have not had any complaints about our current tenant since they moved in. Anytime we interact with them, they are respectful, considerate of others, and very responsible. We do not allow pets, drugs or smoking inside or outside the property.
