There are 3 of us living here. We are all male (Two 🏳️‍🌈💁🏽‍♂️, One Not👨‍🔧). We are responsible, considerate, clean, respectful, and drug free. It would be absolutely ideal and wonderful if you carried these traits. Our living environment is calm and serene. Seriously, it’s super Zen. There is even a 7ft water fountain to prove it! ;-) We all get along well with one another. We are working class & students. One guy works in construction and generally leaves in the morning and doesn’t come home until the sun has already said it’s goodbyes. The other guy works, days, nights, and goes to school 😲. Since the pandemic has started, I’ve been working from home, so I’m pretty much home all day.

It would be nice to have someone move in who isn’t afraid to communicate with other members of the household. There isn’t all kinds of in and out with random people (guests). Like I stated earlier, our living space is zen and we don’t want anything disrupting our way of living. Things that would definitely disrupt our environment are drugs, heavy drinking, people coming in and out, overnight guests who are not living here, blah blah blah. You get the picture.
