Central air, plus ceiling fan/light in bedroom. Driveway parking available. Community has a pool and fitness center. Kitchen, living area, and laundry room is shared with another occupant. Large yard with fire pit and Carolina room. Third bedroom and full bathroom are for your exclusive use. Utilities and WiFi are included in rent.

I am the homeowner, but do not live in the home. Master suite and second bedroom are occupied by my daughter and her young son. My daughter has 2 dogs, so roommate would need to be comfortable with pets and not allergic.
