I have a spare bedroom and bathroom in a 3/2/1.5 condo .. it’s a 2 story the bedrooms are upstairs … NO pets. I have 2 cats and a German Shepard puppy being trained for a service dog. The deposit is to be paid in full before move in … also proof of income. The pics show the property it’s centrally located to the schools beaches etc… there’s a little lake behind it.
