1300 square foot townhouse in Museum District of Houston. Townhouse has garage for you to park your car, two bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms (three levels). You will stay in third floor bedroom with your own attached bathroom with 23 year old engineer man as your only roommate in other bedroom with his own attached bathroom. $900 with everything included per month. I am away for 3-4 months so looking for someone to cover through March or April for the short term. Fully furnished (will be updating photos with all furniture shortly).

23 year old chemical engineer graduate man that works business hours. Likes video games, watching football, being active. I will be gone from January through March but willing to extend out your temporary stay through May if needed before I move back into my townhouse.
