4 bedroom house with 3 people and 4 dogs currently living here. Master bedroom is the open room. Comes with its own private bathroom and parking available in the driveway. Very good location with multiple food places nearby and 10 minutes or less depending on traffic from the beach.

3 men ages between 21 and 24. Very chill and laid back, just pay your rent and clean up after yourself and that is all we worry about. We hang out together but to each their own if you want to keep to yourself. Garage door currently does not work and we are working on getting it repaired.
