West 16th Avenue

This is a gorgeous townhome built in 2018 located one block south of Sloans Lake. It is a 3 story townhome, with the first floor having the open room (which would be your room!) with an attached full bath, closet, and sliding glass door out to the front patio (pictures of this bedroom/bathroom is attached). The second story contains a full kitchen and a half bath and a living room with an electric fireplace and floor to ceiling windows, and the third story has the washer and dryer, my room, and another bedroom I will be turning into a home office (which you are more than welcome to use as well - I don’t work from home often). Up another small flight of stairs there is the rooftop with 360 views and nice patio furniture and a fire table! I’m planning to have all main living areas furnished, so the only thing you will need to worry about is your room! Parking is street parking on the surrounding streets. A bit more about the location: this home is a 2 minute walk to Sloans Lake, short walking distance to restaurants and breweries, ~1 mile from Target and King Soopers, ~1 mile from Edgewater market place, few min drive to I-25.

ABOUT ME: I’m a 26 year old female who’s been in Colorado for about 4 years - initially moved out to get me Masters in Sport Psychology from DU and never left! I work a LOT and work random hours - I coach lacrosse (club and high school), I’m a fitness coach, I do mental performance consulting with athletes, and I’m working on a research project. I love to make the most of my free time too by spending time outside, skiing in the winter, hiking and camping in the summer, going to breweries and bars, going to sports games, working out, cooking, and whatever else. I love to have sports games on the TV and can’t wait to get a TV to put on the roof to have friends over for football Sundays in the fall. Living wise, I’m quiet, super clean, also like to have friends over occasionally for movie nights, wine nights, etc., and have no problem hanging out with roommates but also don’t mind keeping to myself. I also have a sweet doggie named Denver who will be living with us as well, so ideally, I would love to find someone who LOVES dogs and would be willing to help out with her (let her out if I’m not home or even watch her if you are in town and I am away - I travel for work occasionally). NO OTHER PETS PLEASE.

WHAT I’D LOVE TO FIND IN A ROOMMATE: Female preferred, but not opposed to male if it’s the right fit. Someone who works full time and also keeps busy. Cleanliness is a must, and on the quieter side preferred. LOVES dogs and can’t wait to live with Denver (again, no other pets though). And is someone where we can be totally comfortable with each other, but also fine doing our own things.
