Newly renovated 2 bed 1.5 bath townhome at the base of Signal Mountain, less than 10 minutes from North Shore/Downtown Chatt! What I love about this space is the amount of open greenery around the property. Though it’s super close to town, it’s a pretty secluded/private space with a cute pool with a view of the mountains! Features include in-unit washer and dryer, stainless appliances, hardwood-style flooring, granite counter tops, spacious layouts, and private patio space. You’d have your own bedroom and we’d share the full bath. It’s mostly furnished except the bedroom, which has its own walk-in closet, but there’s still plenty of space in the house for your own decor!

I am 29 years old, easy-going, active, and outdoorsy. I come with a 50lb cuddle bug of a dog who is shy initially but warms up quick and is a great house dog. Unfortunately he’s and idiot and terrible at making animal friends so we can’t have any other pets in the house, sorry!
