South Quebec Way

Hello. I’m looking to rent out the second room in my condo. It is the master bedroom and on the upstairs level and has an attached bathroom, and a walk-in closet. You would have access to all the common areas (kitchen, living room) and they are furnished but you would need to provide furniture for your bedroom. There is in unit laundry and one designated parking space for the unit (I’m willing to split with you or allow you full access to it for an additional cost). There is plenty of guest parking however in the complex so it should not be an issue. This is a quiet complex on the second floor with nobody living above. There is an outdoor pool for the complex that is open in the summer. Water, sewer, and trash are included and we would split remaining utilities. No animals. Looking for at least 6 month commitment but would love to extend if it’s a good fit.

I am the only other person living in this unit. I am a 29 year-old female, I work as a nurse and am also in grad school. I am a Colorado native but was away travel nursing for the past year and half and just moved back. I am very outdoorsy and love to ski, hike, camp, bike, and play volleyball. I am clean and quiet and often pretty busy between work and school.
