24th Avenue Northeast

We are near Northgate Mall and about 10 minute drive from the University of Washington. Four females that graduated from UW last year, all working full-time jobs. Quiet house with a lot of space, we keep the house really clean. We have two cats and a small dog, all three extremely friendly. There are two bedrooms available, one smaller bedroom ($600) and a little bit bigger bedroom ($770). You would have first choice of room, one of the current roommates does not mind moving to the bigger room if the new tenant prefers the smaller, cheaper room. These pictures are from the previous tenants and before we moved into the house. The house has two living rooms, two bedrooms upstairs with the kitchen, and three bedrooms downstairs. There is a small yard and two balconies off of the house.
