Katherine's room

Located in Vista. Apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, I rent the smallest room, it has a closet and a large window. The main bathroom is for your use. Feel free to use the kitchen, I just ask that any other area you use is left clean. We have a small balcony where we bbq or you can sit down and have a coffee. Parking is off the street, all utilities are included (Internet, electricity, water and garbage) It is a non-smoking apartment, eventually I have a relative visiting for a few days, if that doesn’t bother you this is your place. We’re not into parties, we don’t smoke, we don’t drink excessively. No overnight or late stay guests are allowed, it is a family home. Condo has pool, playground and laundry facilities.

Currently we are two people in the main room, both women (mother and daughter), I work outside the home and the other person is a full-time student.
We are very family friendly and enjoy being at home watching movies, cooking and grilling. Being two women, we are very aware that we need to do a double check before bringing someone into our home, but as soon as we find someone, I swear that you will feel part of our family. We are looking for a roommate who wants to feel at home and part of the family, who is fun, likes to learn about other cultures and who is clean, tidy and respectful of the space we share.
