Alyse's room

I rent a 3 bedroom 2/5 bath in north Chico with my 20 year old daughter and a friend. She’s moving out end of July rent is for an upstairs bedroom and private bath. 1/3 of utilities (runs about $350 per person) deposit up to landlords and their approval!

I’m retired from Enloe and my daughter goes to Butte college and holds down 2 jobs! We do have a 15 lb dog landlords prefer small dogs if you have one!
